These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile game Quiz Quiz Box (the “App”), developed by FRENCHMOB (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Quiz Quiz Box is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree to use the App in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with other users’ enjoyment.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the App under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

If you are under the age required to make purchases in the App Store, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases, processed exclusively through Apple StoreKit.

All payments are handled by Apple

We do not process or store payment information

Prices and availability of in-app purchases are determined by Apple

Refunds are subject to Apple’s App Store policies

You are responsible for managing your App Store purchase settings, including password protection and parental controls.

4. No Ownership of Virtual Content

Any virtual items, features, or content unlocked through in-app purchases:

Are licensed, not sold

Have no real-world monetary value

Cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed outside the App

We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual content at any time.

5. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, including features or content, without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or function without interruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App, including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, text, audio, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App

Use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized tools

Circumvent security or purchase mechanisms

Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access to the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

Content will meet your expectations

Defects will be corrected

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for access to the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Third-Party Services

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

Apple is not responsible for the App and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of FRANCE, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
